Why Reyah was created.

My name is Jamie King. Before starting Reyah, I worked in recruitment in Sydney - and saw the same problems across medical hiring again and again.

Clinics relied heavily on job boards. Recruitment agencies controlled access to candidates. And internal hiring teams did not have the systems needed to headhunt doctors directly.

Reyah was built to change that. Today we help medical clinics build their own outreach pipeline - so they can connect with the right doctors earlier and hire with more control.
